Merton Priory’s Chapter House was a medieval conference centre, and on Saturday 23rd July we’ll be hosting an informal conference on… Merton Priory. This study afternoon will explore Merton Priory during the twelfth century, and the people who made it. Our speakers include Professor Janet Burton, Dr Hugh Doherty and Dr Ian Stone. It’s from 2pm to 5pm. Admission is free, but do register your interest on Eventbrite.
